We are delighted to have completed our first Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki training and attunement classes. Growing our Reiki community in the Salisbury area fills us with joy and gratitude. Our students come from Exeter and Portsmouth, NH, and Essex, Newbury, Newburyport, and West Newbury, Ma. Some of their goals include self-treatment and professional practice. Creating a supportive healing practice based on unconditional love offers many benefits including relaxing the parasympathetic nervous system and bringing awareness to the present moment to make mindful, purpose-filled decisions. Learning to develop a habit of returning to unconditional love when we find ourselves outside of it is nourishment for the body and spirit. Our students are encouraged to return to group practice and are looking forward to offering community services.
